Sam Pierce
Sam Pierce

Sam Pierce is a seasoned trial attorney.  He practiced with two large Atlanta insurance defense firms as a partner from 1973 to 1991, during which time he primarily defended manufacturers of products, doctors and hospitals, general liability cases, and business disputes.  As a defense attorney, he tried over 120 cases and had multiple cases decided by the Georgia appellate courts and United States Circuit Courts.  Since 1991 he has been an active Plaintiff's litigation attorney in the areas of catestrophic personal injuries, wrongful death, business and class action litigation.

Sam was born in Anniston, Alabama, graduated from Emory University in 1970 and received his law degree from the University of Georgia in 1973. His career has prepared him extremely well to take on high profile, large value cases.

 

Chuck Gabriel Charles D. Gabriel

Chuck Gabriel is very highly regarded for his expertise in the areas of ethics and public corruption as well as the challenges facing individuals involved in public commerce.  He is the managing member of Pierce, Gabriel & Parker, LLC, a civil litigation law firm.

Chuck is a native of Syracuse, New York. He received his bachelor's and law degrees from Syracuse University and is a 28-year veteran Special Agent of the FBI.  The skills he acquired and perfected as a legal advisor, legal instructor and criminal investigator with the Bureau have served him well in his career as a litigation attorney looking after the rights and intersts of his clients since his FBI retirement in 2002. 

 

Charles Siegel Charles Siegel

Charles Siegel is a complex matter litigation attorney and the head of the appellate practice at Waters & Kraus, LLP. He was born in Houston and earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees at the University of Texas. Charles has argued appeals in eight federal appellate courts, in the supreme courts of Texas and five other states, and in numerous intermediate appellate courts in various states.

He has served as adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law Center, as a guest lecturer at the University of Texas Law School, Southern Methodist University Law School, and the University of the West Indies College of Law, and as a frequent speaker at legal seminars around the country and abroad.

 

Paul Lawrence Paul Lawrence

Paul Lawrence has a plaintiffs' litigation practice focusing upon business torts and fraud, including "qui tam" whistleblower litigation under the False Claims Act and class action litigation involving the electric cooperative industry.  Through joint ventures with leading plaintiffs' lawyers across the country, Mr. Lawrence has a practice and reputation that are national in scope.

For the past decade, Mr. Lawrence has been a supporter of Taxpayers Against Fraud (TAF), a non-profit organization in Washington, D.C., where he has served as a committee chair and conference speaker.

 

Larry Lahman Larry Lahman

Larry Lahman was born in Carmen, Oklahoma, on October 24, 1943. He attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University receiving a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics in 1965.

Larry subsequently attended graduate school at Oklahoma State University as well as the University of Maryland, North Carolina State University, Central Oklahoma State University and Phillips University. He also received a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1973.
